If the bike is 3 months household vinegar will remove the surface acidity. Soak a paper towel in vinegar and folded and placed over the oxide in order to keep it moist for a few hours. When the surface oxide, light can be rubbed with vinegar and immediately. Treat all bare metal with oil afterwards. Just rub on a thin film to protect it from further oxidation. Retouching nick in the paint stains. Then apply a coat of car wax is painted in all parts, according to the instructions on the label.

A Dremel with a grinder to remove rust to nothing. Something like Permatex Rust Treatment should also work well for you, oleamide then painted with car paint Rust.

If rust is the light that is likely to run with a lubricant and a soft cloth, you can rub a little with a soft brush like a toothbrush. If the rust is heavy, you need to use a solvent to remove rust, such as WD40 and a brush or a heavy Oxystrip. If the rust is removed to clean the rust on the structure, it attracts dirt. Lubricated to prevent rust oxidation conservation area at risk with a lubricant, lubricants, such as White Lightning Epic of the chain, but there are many good ones. Also, your bike in the house, if possible, or cover with a tarp or large canvas covered note, if you must stay out. Gorz, and a good point. If mold painted in an area you might want a bit of playing with color. If you do, all the rust is removed first or the rust will continue under the new color to grow.
