I work with deaf and does not vibrate under my pillow for connection to the alarm and fire alarm systems to connect their torpor. There are lights that can be used, which can disrupt sleep, but do not always work in a deep sleep.

Some deaf people use normal waking. what they do is they want from the time they get up and it was then removed under your pillow, it is so that if he now awakening to oscillate around the clock.

Do not listen to children, a flashing light, no result. Yes, they have an alarm clock, which is placed under the pillow and then when it goes off, waking vibrations. Pretty cool huh?

My sister is clinically deaf, but still hear enough to use an alarm clock CLCK. It vibrates for days when she had difficulty waking up.
